We Have Returned to Business as Usual for all Repairs & Installations!

After months of uncertainty and disruption, we are delighted to advise customers that we are open as usual once again, for all installations, repairs and maintenance services.

As lockdown eases, we are very aware that businesses and individuals have had to put in place extra safeguards to protect customers and staff from COVID - 19 infection. Our team have been working hard over the past few weeks to establish COVID-secure working practices for engineers and office staff. This has enabled us to provide a business as usual service since 25th May 2020.

In this article, we'd like to briefly explain the procedures we've implemented in the workplace and on-site, that will allow us to sustain an efficient service while social distancing measures remain in place.

Our emergency repair and breakdown service has been available throughout lockdown for essential assets. This service has now been expanded to cover all faults.

Our engineers vehicles are fully stocked to deal with all types of breakdown and repair work, with a 24/7 SLA available where stipulated in your service contract.

New installations, upgrades and planned preventative maintenance are available once more for the following systems;

- Boiler and heating systems

- Air conditioning systems

- Refrigeration Systems

- Ventilation Systems

We have also resumed our spare parts ordering service, including replacement parts for the YORK HVAC and JCI range. We keep an extensive range of genuine YORK components and products in stock, which can be delivered to any UK address on same day or next day delivery.

To keep staff and visitors safe at our office and warehouse, we've implemented new hand wash facilities at the entrance to both buildings, and hand sanitiser is available throughout.

We will also be taking temperature checks of anyone who enters the warehouse and limiting access to the office to management and administrative staff only.

An intensified cleaning regime has also been implemented at the beginning and end of each shift.

In the warehouse, each engineer has been allocated a designated area to minimise contact, and all parts and equipment are being prepared for collection before their arrival.

For work off-site, each engineer is being issued with a full PPE pack, including antibacterial hand wipes, hand sanitiser, gloves, masks, overshoes, disposable overalls, protective eyewear and visors.

Training has been provided to the engineers in social distancing and hygiene best practices when working on customer sites.

So there it is! Although social distancing and safety measures remain in place, we're back to working as usual and are excited to be able to focus our energies on providing a high quality, responsive service to our customers.

We'd like to thank you for your support during this strange time. Please get in touch to discuss your air conditioning, refrigeration or heating requirements and we'll happy be happy to help.
